Ideally, there will be a little mood lighting so you can have some dim lights when you just want to relax and there will be brighter lights that light up the entire environment when you are looking to eat some food, watch some television or do whatever other activities you enjoy engaging in.

Kitchen

A sleeper cab may not have space for a full kitchen like an RV, but that doesn't mean that it shouldn't come with a few kitchen features. Look for a sleeper cab that has built-in space for a refrigerator, a toaster oven and a microwave. Make sure there is also somewhere you can store water. This can make it easier to get a glass of water or use water for your cooking. A sleeper cab that comes with a functional sink is a big bonus.

When looking at used cabs, don't feel like you have to skimp on comfort when it comes to the sleeper portion. Make sure that the sleeper area offers your storage, adequate lights, kitchen space, and a feeling of a defined space.
